Adding, Switching and Removing products from your subscription:

Adding a Product

  1. Find the product you would like to switch to.
  2. Select the size bag you would like I.E 200g.
  3. As pictured in Image below choose the subscription you would like to add the new recipe to.
  4. Press the “Add” button.
  5. All done.

Please note: You will need to be logged into your account in order to add a product to your subscription. If you add a 13.5kg bag or 6kg bag we will manually remove the £1 saved by having these products as a subscription.

Removing a product

  1. Go to your account
  2. Select the subscription you would like to remove the old recipe from
  3. As pictured in Image below click the “x” button next to recipe you would like to remove
  4. All done.

Please Note: this is only applicable if you have more than one product in your subscription, if you are looking to cancel your subscription you can do so by clicking the cancel button within the active subscription page as pictured below. 

Switching a product

In order to switch your subscription to a different flavour, lifestage or  size bag, you will need to do a combination of the above. Frist you will need to add the bag you are wanting to replace your current bag with and then secondly you will have to remove the old bag you no longer want. Adding New Bag

  1. Find the recipe you would like to switch to
  2. Select the size bag you would like I.E 13.5kg
  3. As pictured in Image below choose the subscription you would like to add the new recipe to
  4. Press the “Add” button
  5. All done.

Removing Old Bag

  1. Go to your account
  2. Select the subscription you would like to remove the old recipe from
  3. As pictured in Image below click the “x” button next to recipe you would like to remove
  4. All done.
