RETURNS & REFUNDS
nourish pet food takes all complaints concerning defective or damaged product seriously but we do require you to tell us as soon as you know our products are not to the standard you require so that we can do something about it for you. Contact us by email at email@example.com or by telephone – 01233 630 234. Please can you keep any damaged goods as we will have to collect them.
If possible, take a photograph of the damage and email us as soon as you can. Any claims which are not notified within 3 days cannot be credited unless they relate to a quality issue or where you, as our customer, could not have been aware of the problem at the time of delivery.
We offer a full refundable guarantee for unopened and unused items. If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase please call or email within 10 days to arrange a return. All goods returned must be unused, in their original packaging and in saleable condition. We will either replace the item or issue a refund. Please note that you are responsible for the return delivery cost. If you refuse delivery and want a refund we will refund full amount minus the return cost incurred from our courier of £5.99.
