How our repeat delivery works:
Setup your repeat order
Choose the life-stage, flavour, bag size and frequency that suits your furry friend.
E.g. Jayne and Toby the pug chooses:
- Life-stage: Adult
- Flavour: Salmon
- Bag size: 6kg
- Frequency: 41 days
Your 1st delivery
Your first repeat scheduled delivery is delivered on your chosen start date selected at checkout.
E.g. Jayne and Toby the pug :
Receives their first order on Monday 6th January as chosen for their start date at checkout.
Your 2nd and all future deliveries
Your second repeat scheduled delivery is delivered x days after your chosen start date depending on the frequency you choose.
E.g. Jayne and Toby the pug :
Renewal date is due on Sunday the 16th of February but will be delivered on Friday the 14th of February.
Small - 5kg
£0.25 per day
Medium - 15kg
£0.75 per day
Large - 25kg

To pause your repeat order go to “my account” then the “subscriptions” and click “view“on the subscription you want to pause. Alternatively click the following link and choose the subscription you would like to pause: click here to pause.
Alternatively you can reschedule your next delivery for a date in the future.
You can find when your next delivery is scheduled by visiting “myaccount”, “subscriptions” and then clicking on the subscription you would like to view. The next delivery date is displayed here.
Alternativley we email you 7 days prior to every repeat delivery, the email contain the scheduled delivery date as well as a link to reschedule the delivery for a different date. If your repeat delivery is scheduled for a weekend or public holiday the delivery will be delivery the business day prior.
You can cancel your repeat delivery at any time. To cancel you repeat delivery visit “myaccount” then “subscriptions” and then selecting the subscription you would like to cancel. Click on the cancel button and confirm cancellation.
As we take payment for your repeat delivery 3 days prior to your next repeat order make sure you cancel prior if you are wanting to cancel the upcoming delivery. Otherwise payment will be taken and the food will be despatched.
You can reschedule your repeat delivery by visiting “myaccount” then “subscriptions” and then selecting the subscription you would like to reschedule. Select a date next to the “changer next shipping date” and once chosen confirm the date by pressing the “go” button.
If your renewal date lands on a weekend or public holiday it will be delivered the business day prior.
You can change the frequency of your repeat delivery by visiting “myaccount” then “subscriptions” and then selecting the subscription you would like to change. Click the button “change Frequency” and select the new frequency you would live, once selected save and update your subscription by clicking the “save” button at the bottom of the page.

The payment for your nourish repeat delivery matches the frequency of your deliveries. We process the payment for each delivery 1-3 days before delivery is due.
