Our community is truly a global one, with customers, team members, friends and family from all corners of the world. As the world grapples with the unprecedented challenge of COVID-19/Coronavirus, our thoughts are with the people around the globe who are affected.

 

We are continuously monitoring current events and ensuring we follow advice from the UK government, as well as the experts at the World Health Organisation (WHO) to do our part in protecting our customers and ourselves.

 

I want to assure our customers that, in this time of uncertainty, we are open, stable, and strong. We currently have a large supply, and ability to continue produce and provide the same high quality pet food over the coming months.

 

We rely heavily on 3rd party courier services to deliver to your door, and at the time of writing are currently experiencing some delays and delivery times are longer than usual. Please allow for at least 1-2 business days for delivery of your order. We are committed to providing a fast and reliable service and we are planning to minimise these delays as best as we can.

 

As a company we are remaining vigilant. We’ve added thorough hygiene precautions and ensuring team members work remotely where possible.

We appreciate your patience and understanding at these times of uncertainty. It’s a privilege to provide food for your pets.
